Our 
Story

Our mission at In-structure is to help our clients successfully navigate an ever-changing multicultural society. Many local, national and global organizations face challenges providing quality equity and diversity training for their employees. Allow In-structure to provide credible, quality, and purposeful in service training and help to address the gap between theory and practical applications.
